Safety City announced they will open during the week of Spring Break operating at normal hours for families spending the week in Lubbock.
Safety City will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The park is located at 4500 Avenue U.
On Saturday, March 18 Safety City will wrap up its Spring Break week with a bicycle rodeo aiming to promote brain injury awareness. The event is free and invites children four years and up to ride through an obstacle course and practice their safety skills.
The event will begin at noon and through 3 p.m. Saturday evening. Don’t forget your helmet!
