Today: It will be another warm day today with temperatures reaching the mid 60s under mostly sunny skies. S/SW wind 5-15 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies overnight with temperatures dropping to the upper 30s. S/SW wind 10-15 mph.

Extended: Wednesday will be an even warmer day with temperatures warming to the lower 70s with breezy conditions. A cold front Wednesday night will drop temperatures over 20 degrees for the end of the week. High temperatures on Thursday and Friday will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s. There’s also a slight chance for some isolated showers on Friday, mainly in the Southwestern South Plains. We could see another shot of light rain on New Year’s Day.
