Lubbock City Councilwoman Karen Gibson has scheduled a meeting with constituents on Monday, November 14th to discuss electric and water meter reading within the City. Councilwoman Gibson would like to clarify some misinformation released by the South Plains Area Residents Taxpayers Action Network (SPARTAN) regarding topics to be addressed at the meeting.
Representatives from Lubbock Power and Light will make a presentation on electric and water meter reading procedures. This is the sole topic to be addressed at the meeting which is scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1625 13th Street.
Councilwoman Gibson appreciates the SPARTAN group’s interest in government efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
