We’ll see more isolated thunderstorms across the area for your Friday. Coverage is looking to be at 20%, so just have an umbrella in your car, in case you see one of these. That does include the high school football games that will be going on Friday night. Dress warm & have you rain gear handy. We’ll only see a high of 62° for Friday, which will feel more like the upper 50s.
The cooler, seasonal weather will continue for Saturday. Texas & Texas Tech kickoff at 11:00 am. We’re looking at a temperature at that point of 57°, with isolated storms in the area. Coverage of those storms is 20%, so be prepared for the game. Otherwise, Saturday is looking cloudy & cool, once again. The high is only going to be 65°, which is still below the average of 69°.
