A man says he was kidnapped and locked in a closet after five men picked him up from a convenience store.
According to police reports the five men along with two others in the apartment held him hostage after the man told them he could not cash a check he had on him until the morning.
During the three hour ordeal, four different men invaded the apartment demanding money that was owed to them and fired two shotgun rounds.
The original seven men ran from the house and the invaders left as well.
Police arrested the original seven; Ysabel Bishop, Zakkery Lowe, Jacob Lopez, Roland Valdez, Mark Maldonado, Roland Campos, and a juvenile, on kidnapping and organized crime charges. Police are still looking for the other four men.
