The West Texas Home Builders Association is proud to host this year’s Fall Tour of Homes on two upcoming weekends, September 24-25th and October 1-2nd.
An astonishing 46 homes ranging from the $200’s to just under $1 million will be available for public touring free of charge as part of the Fall Tour of Homes. Houses on display from some of Lubbock’s finest builders are open between 1-5 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday.
A map of the locations for touring can be navigated digitally or downloaded and printed from http://lubbockfalltourofhomes.com/. Front elevation photos, pricing, builder and home details can also be found online, sortable by a wide variety of key features.
Brochures with home details and maps are also available at each Fall Tour home.
“The Fall Tour of Homes is always a great opportunity for Lubbock residents to see a multitude of open houses on the same day free of charge,” noted Fall Tour of Homes Chairman, Keith Toogood. “Builders will be at each home to answer questions or proudly point out unique features.”
Gena Godinez, West Texas Home Builders Association Executive Director added, “we are so excited to debut an assortment of cool prizes as part of this year’s Fall Tour. The contest, appropriately named #FallfortheTour, will allow guests to complete a brief 2-3 minute survey at any home they visit and be entered to win a 50 minute Swedish massage from the Woodhouse Day Spa, a teeth whitening treatment from Jason P. White DDS, a YETI cooler bag from Morrison Showroom, or a $500 Visa gift card from Southwest Bank.”
