According to Forbes, the 2016 list of the world’s most valuable sports teams is out and the Dallas Cowboys made the list. The ranking? Cowboys are number one on the list.
The Cowboys are valued at $4 billion passing up the previous most valued team, the soccer club Real Madrid, that held the spot the last three years. This is actually the first time a non-soccer club has taken the number one slot since the list was created in 2011.
Teams that made the top 50 list include 27 NFL teams, seven MLB teams, eight NBA teams, and eight European soccer teams.
