The Lubbock Fire Department reports a storage trailer was destroyed during a fire Saturday evening in East Lubbock.
The fire was reported at the Selle Insulation Company, located in the 4600 block of Locust Avenue, around 8:40 p.m.
Fire crews arrived to find a trailer next to the warehouse fully engulfed.
The Fire Marshal’s Office said the fire started in a semi-trailer that was parked in one of the loading docks of the warehouse. The trailer was being used for overflow storage and not been moved in years.
There was some fire damage to the warehouse and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
