Today: Temperatures will warm above normal for this time of year, into the upper 90s under mostly sunny skies. We also have a 10% chance for isolated storms along the dryline this evening. The most promising spot for these storms will be in the northern South Plains. Winds will be from the south 10-15 mph.

Tonight: Expect dry conditions with partly cloudy skies overnight. Temperatures will only fall into the lower 70s with southerly winds 10-15 mph.

Extended: A ridge of high pressure will build in and that means more hot temperatures in the forecast! We’re looking at our first triple digit day on Tuesday with sunny skies. This trend will continue to next weekend.
