Last night, Monday, May 23, 2016 at approximately 11:29 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a panic alarm at Tobacco Road, 2908 Parkway Drive. The employees were preparing to close the business and leave for the night when two suspects approached the business and broke the drive-thru window. One suspect pointed a handgun at the victims while the other threw a duffle bag in the window while demanding the cash. One of the victims managed to hit the panic alarm and the suspects fled the scene.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing a white jacket and a bandana over his face. The second suspect is a Hispanic male wearing a white jacket, ball cap and thick rimmed glasses with a bandana across his face.
The Lubbock Police Department urges anyone with information about this case to call Crime Line at 741-1000.
