A 29-year-old Wichita Falls woman is jailed after authorities say she broke into and refused to leave her ex-boyfriend’s home, assaulted him, and broke two windows by throwing a can of Bush’s Baked Beans and a can of Coke through them.
Kristen Case is charged with burglary of a habitation, with a $10,000 bond.
According to an arrest affidavit, Case got into a confrontation in the driveway of a home on Oceola, and then went around to the back of the house.
The man said she went inside and began throwing things, including the can of beans.
He said he then went inside, picked her up, and tried to take her outside but she hit him in the eye.
After again telling her to leave, the man said she then threw the Coke through a window and left.
Police say when she came back a few minutes later, she was arrested.
