You know when you go outside and the sun illuminates your face highlighting it in certain places making you look like you’re glowing? That technique with makeup is called Strobing and Chelsea Talkmitt and Mandy Hamilton, both from Dillard’s, join us to show us how.
Strobing is the opposite of contouring and bronzing.
This look is perfect for the spring and summer.
Chelsea says to use a small brush for the eyes and nose and then a big brush for the rest of the face. As for products, they recommend any of the highlighting products that every counter in Dillard’s has to offer. They come in powder, liquid and cream form.
