Warm weather is in store for us this afternoon. That high pressure system over east Texas is still going to keep us sunny, dry & warm. Lubbock will get to 96°. That is only three degrees above normal for today.
Sunny skies & highs in the mid 90s will be the story as we move into the weekend. So, weekend plans are looking good. If you are planning on being outdoors, don’t forget to take several breaks & drink plenty of water, or Gatorade. Winds will remain light, except for Friday, where will see winds around 15 mph during the day.
