Tonight: Mostly cloudy conditions will persist into the morning hours along with cooler temperatures in the mid 30s. Northeasterly winds will be around 5-15 mph.

Tomorrow: We will start off the week on a cooler note with temperatures only reaching the low to mid 50s, which drops us below normal. Throughout the day more clouds will move in and by the evening we are looking at the chance for some isolated showers and storms. Winds will stay on the lighter side, around 10 mph.

Extended: Another front will move through early Tuesday, which will knock our temperatures down even more, into the upper 40s. It will also bring the chance for scattered rain throughout the day. In the morning hours we could be talking some very light snow in the northernmost counties of the South Plains, but the best snow chances will stay up north through the Texas Panhandle. By Wednesday, this system will move off and we’ll see clear, sunny skies once again with temperatures rising into the 70s by the weekend.

Have a great week!
