After being arrested Tuesday, the Permian High School baseball coach, Chad Coleman, has resigned.
Mike Adkins with ECISD confirmed on Thursday that Coleman, who was previously reassigned to the assistant track coach at Wilson and Young middle school, has resigned from all duties.
Coleman was arrested Tuesday in the 5100 block of E. University for a DWI. Reports showed, a UTPB officer first pulled him over for speeding.
Assistant head coach Vance Washington took over the program.
