Texas Tech(10-10, 1-8) couldn’t remedy its recent poor shooting, falling at #4 Baylor on Wednesday night, 69-43.

The Lady Raiders shot 25% from the floor and just 8% from three-point land on the night.

True freshman Japreece Dean led all Tech scoring with 17 points, and Leashja Grant fouled out at the 5:38 mark in the fourth quarter with 11 points. No other Lady Raider got into double digit scoring.

Tech won the turnover battle, 21-15 vs the Lady Bears, but the Lady Raiders never led in the game.

Texas Tech will take on Kansas 5pm on Saturday at United Supermakets Arena, hoping to stop a three-game skid.
