On January 6th, 2016 the Slaton Police Department responded to the 1300 block of East Division Street in Slaton, Lubbock County, Texas in reference to assisting medical personnel with a fall.
The victim has been identified as Juan Perez, a 49 year old Tahoka resident, who passed away at University Medical Center. The Slaton Police Department has concluded their investigation and have ruled the incident as an “Industrial Accident”.
