On Tuesday, Ford Motor Credit listed roughly 500 used vehicles it took back from Reagor Dykes. In January, the bankruptcy court gave Ford permission to repossess collateral including vehicle inventory from Reagor Dykes.
Ford is obligated to keep the court updated on which vehicles and what collateral has been taken.
The report on Tuesday only listed used vehicles.
On Monday, the court gave GM (AmeriCredit Financial Services) permission to repossess vehicles from the Reagor Dykes Snyder location as of March 6.
Recently, a proces was started that would allow the landlords at 6540 82nd Street to evict Reagor Dykes from two properties that are next door to each other.
Mediation was scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (February 25 and 26) in Dallas. So far, no results of mediation have been entered into the bankruptcy court docket.
Reagor Dykes companies began filing for bankruptcy on August 1 after Ford accused them of default and fraud.
