Former Red Raider Danny Amendola re-signs with Lions

DETROIT — Former Texas Tech wide receiver Danny Amendola re-signed with the Detroit Lions on Saturday, his agent confirmed on Twitter.

Amendola played his first season with the Lions in 2019, making 62 catches for 678 yards and one touchdown. The yards were 11 off from his career high.

Before going to Detroit, Amendola spent one year with the Miami Dolphins, five years with the New England Patriots and four years with the St. Louis Rams.
