GAINES COUNTY, Texas — On Monday, the Seminole Sentinel reported the first confirmed case of COVID-19, sometimes referred to as coronavirus, in Gaines County.
According to their report, the case was confirmed by the South Plains Public Health District. However, the case was not acquired in Gaines County, the Sentinel’s report said.
