More sunshine and dry weather will influence the weather out there this afternoon. Wind is going to remain light, so it will be a good day if you have to work outside, or just want to get out and enjoy the not so hot weather. Lubbock is going to see a mostly sunny day, with a high of 87°. Tomorrow will see more sunshine, with 10-15 mph wind in the afternoon. The higher end wind will reach 20 mph at times. The high temperature will make it up to 88°.
