Most people in and around Lubbock know all about the Cast Iron Grill and how amazing their food is. They are located on 19th and I-27. And if you have ever been before then you know you have to get there super early to get dessert with your lunch. But now the owners, Shelby and Teresa Stephens, are expanding through a Food Truck.
Shelby Stephens joined us on the show today and says you can expect all the same great comfort food and even some new surprises on the Cast Iron Grill Food Truck. Stephens says he and his son are driving to Florida the first part of June to pick up the new Food Truck and drive it back down to Lubbock. He expects the truck to be ready to go by June 5th or so.

Coming soon to Lubbock you can expect two new Panera Bread locations. One at 6807 Milwaukee Ave. and the other at 4407 98th Street.
Adventure Park is putting up Ropes, doing Tower Construction and a Zipline over at 5110 29th Dr.
And the Transitional Learning Center is building a new location at 1808 N. Quaker Ave.
