It took down the last play, but the Coronado Mustangs accomplished two things in their come-from-behind win over Lubbock Cooper.  They were able to win the 4-5A Title along with winning Coach Gary Hix career victory 600.  “It’s gonna take a little while, all of a sudden you start thinking back about the first win and all of the kids that played for you and things like that but what I’m proud of is this bunch right here because they’re the ones that fought through it.”  Caden Hensley ended the game with a walk off single to score the Mustangs 7-6 victory over the Pirates.
