This morning will watch as some low clouds roll in from the north. These won’t do much for us. As expected it is a very mild morning across the region. We’re seeing temperatures in the mid 30s to low 40s. This is a sign of things to come today. We’ll see sunny skies and very warm air. Lubbock is going to see a high temperature of 76°. The wind will be at 10-15 mph.
Overnight, a cold front is going to move through from the north. We’ll notice the changes by tomorrow morning. We’re going to begin with a low temperature of 27°. With the wind, that will feel more like the upper teens. The rest of the day will be mostly sunny and much colder. The high will only make it to 41°. The wind will be sustained at 10-15 mph, so it is going to feel more like the upper 20s! Not a great day to get outside.
