A Lubbock County barn was destroyed Tuesday evening after being taken over by flames.
Roosevelt and Idalou Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the fire near 810 County Road 3000 around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
When they arrived, the barn was engulfed in flames.
EverythingLubbock.com learned no one was in the barn at the time of the fire, but it is unclear if any animals were inside.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
