The air will certainly be feeling like we’re getting closer to the middle of November come Wednesday. The morning will begin at 34° here in Lubbock. Temperatures in the northwestern counties will be dropping to the upper 20s. So, be ready to bundle up when you head out. The afternoon is looking cloudy and cold. Any light showers we see will be gone by 7:00 am. Otherwise, the high will only make it up to 45°.

Thursday morning is going to drop down to the freezing mark here in Lubbock. So, the cold air will be sticking around for a few days. That is really appropriate considering the time of year. Temperatures will be down into the mid 20s for locations to the west and northwest of Lubbock. Thursday afternoon will be looking at sunny skies and warmer air than Wednesday. Highs will remain below average, as we make it up to 65° in Lubbock.
