More doctors than ever are suffering from psychological distress or mental health issues, but many avoid getting treatment. In a study at the Mayo Clinic, nearly 40-percent said they would hesitate to seek help for burnout or other emotional issues. They admit it’s because they’re worried they could lose their medical license.

Researchers at NYU released recommendations for removing suspicious moles. In order to remove all cancer cells the first time around, the study suggested doctors cut out both the mole and a border of skin of at least two millimeters. Doctors called it a one and done approach, that avoided the need for a second surgery.

Chinese medicines have become popular around the world as alternative health treatments. Researchers in Hong Kong found an increase in products containing additives that can pose serious dangers. Those undeclared ingredients include anti-inflammatories, laxatives and anti-diabetic drugs.
