Happy Thursday everyone! We have had another beautiful and sunny day across the South Plains with warm and breezy conditions expected. High pressure will continue to reign over the area for the next few days, so make sure to stay sun safe – wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and take breaks indoors during peak heating hours. However, we are watching for another weak cold front to slide across the South Plains this evening, bringing us an isolated chance for rain tonight through Friday morning. After that we will have another dry and sunny weekend ahead which means perfect weather for area wide events and high school football games.
