The appearance of legs can be a big insecurity for women, and knowing how to work them in the gym is important for getting back into shape.
Amee Fisher, a local personal trainer, said lunges, squats, and wall sits are just some of the many exercises you can do in order to improve the definition in your leg muscles.
Fisher recommended doing four sets of 20 of each exercise, but change accordingly to your athletic level. If you are a beginner, you can also start by not using any weights.
