KAMC’s Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
TODAY: Hot and dry! Expect mid to upper 90’s across the region. Triple digits in the eastern plains are forecasted as well. Dry conditions will limit precipitation chances.
TOMORROW: A front to the north in northern NM and the TX panhandle will likely bring some scatter showers to our northern counties in NM and TX. Temperatures will stay about the same in the mid to upper 90’s.
THIS WEEKEND: Dry and sunny Saturday. Changes in store on Sunday night. A relatively strong cold front will impact the south plains bringing locally heavy rainfall and cooler temperatures Sunday through Tuesday. Storm totals could total up to an inch for areas.
Keep with KAMC’s Storm Team with more details on this next rain chance.
