Trinity Christian School is proud to announce that Brandon Gilbert has been promoted to Head Coach of the Trinity Christian Runnin’ Lions.
Coach Gilbert has served in a number of roles for TCS since his employment first began in 2001, including coaching Jr. High Basketball, JV Volleyball, JV Basketball, and most recently, serving as an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach. Brandon has proven to be an exceptional leader of student athletes, both on and off the court, and has continually received promotion based on his unparalleled work ethic and leadership skills.
Brandon is a 1999 graduate of TCS and was a member of the first Runnin’ Lions Basketball Team to bring home a State Championship. He played under the leadership of former TCS Coach Todd Duncan and worked along-side Coach Jeremy McFerrin over many successful seasons. Brandon and his wife, Annie Gilbert, have been married since 2008 and have three young children.
As a long-term member of our school family, we are excited to watch Coach Gilbert flourish in his new position of leadership and proudly pass the reins to the next generation of coaching legacies at Trinity Christian School.
