Temperatures will drop to 50° by tomorrow morning. Skies will be partly sunny in the day, after 9:00 am. A cold front will be the reason for the low temperatures, clouds and wind tomorrow. Wind will be sustained at 15-20 mph, with occasional gusts to 30 mph. With the cooler air in the region, Lubbock is only going to get to a high temperature of 70°. Highs will stay in the 60s to the northwest.
Wednesday morning is looking to be quite chilly for the latter part of May. Lubbock will see a low temperature of 48°. So, grab a jacket as you head out the door to get your day started. The afternoon is looking to be warmer, but highs will stay below average. Lubbock will experience sunny skies, dry air and a high temperature of 83°. Wind will be at 5-10 mph.
