The calm before the storm: That’s what some may call the week leading up to the Super Bowl.
Typically the Super Bowl’s media day is held on the Tuesday morning of game week, but things were different this year. Super Bowl 50’s media day was held on Monday.
KREX’s Andrew Marden and his photographer were able to touch base with some Denver Broncos.
Marden spoke with Brock Osweiler. He’s Payton Manning’s backup, and he’s even started a few games.
“I’m not going to focus on next season; my focus is on the Carolina Panthers defense, but certainly as a competitor in the National Football League you want to be on the field playing,” Osweiler said.
Punter Britton Colquitt may have a comedy career in his future. When Marden ran into him Monday night, Colquitt said no one wanted to talk to him because “he doesn’t know anything about football.”
