ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — It may still be Springtime, but it’s always the right time for exciting updates on this year’s ABQ International Balloon Fiesta!
Balloon Fiesta 2018 is October 6- 14. While the event is still months away, there is exciting news all year long. Many of the event tickets are already on sale.
General admission tickets are also now on sale and can be purchased at balloonfiesta.com. General admission tickets are $10 per person, with children 12 and younger getting in free.
Music Fiesta is in its fifth year and is a small music festival on the last Saturday of Balloon Fiesta. This year it’s on October 13, with three bands performing and headlined by country music band Old Dominion. Tickets are available through the website. Lawn tickets start at only $25.
Offered morning and evening sessions, bike riders can leave their bike at Bike Valet free of charge.
Park and Ride: Offers round-trip transportation, a way to bypass busy traffic and admission to the event. Advanced tickets range from $7-$12, depending on your age. Children 5 and younger are free (Children 6-12 $7; Adults $15; Seniors 62+ $12)
The Gondola and Chasers’ Clubs are both great ways to see the event. Both options offer private seating and different meal options. Tickets are now available but sell out quickly.
