Kiss The Cook: Chocolate Almond Pancakes
Ingredients
* ¾ cup Kodiak Cake Whole Wheat and Honey Flapjack Mix
* ¼ cup Barney Butter Chocolate Almond Powder
* 1 cup water or Mooala Banana Milk
For topping:
* ¾ cup Mooala Banana Milk
* ¼ cup Barney Butter Chocolate Almond Powder
* Sliced Bananas
* Sliced Almonds (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix together flapjack mix, almond powder and water/milk. Add more liquid if necessary to be the consistency of pancake batter.
2. Spoon ½ cup mixture onto greased hot griddle; cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. While pancakes cook, mix Mooala milk and almond powder. Once pancakes are done, drizzle topping over pancakes. Top with sliced bananas and almonds.
4. Serve.
