Kiss The Cook: Mexican Plant Based Burgers

Ingredients

· 2 pkg. Beyond Meat Plant-Based Burgers

· 1 pkg. Schar Gluten Free Burger Buns

· 4 slices vegan cheese

· 1 container guacamole

· 1 container pico de gallo

Instructions

1. Cook burgers according to package directions. Top with cheese while still warm/cooking.

2. Place one cooked patty on a bun; top with guacamole and pico de gallo.

3. Serve immediately.
