Join us for our 13th Annual State Championship Buffalo Wing Cook Off!

This event is a BBQ cook-off, not an open tasting for the public.

We will be needing volunteer judges on April  29 begining at 10:30 a.m. at the Buffalo Barn. (Beer and water will be provided) Please email Penny at pennyjonesbsl@yahoo.com if you are interested.

Entry Fees:
$100.00 for Beef Brisket, Chicken & Pork Spare Ribs, Pork Butt
$25.00 for Buffalo Wings
$35.00 for Individual Meats

100% Payout – amount depends on the number of entries.

Cooking Team Camping Rates
Camp fee includes ALL FOUR (4) team members
Limited spots available/ First come first serve

Camp “A” $40.00/Per Night with Full Hook Ups
Camp “B” “S” & “V” $35.00/Per Night with Water/Electric
Camp “C” $25.00/Per Night for Primitive Tent Camping Only

NO Golf Cart Fee for Registered Cooking Teams

Team Registration will be due at the time of reservation. No Refunds on Camping. Camping is due at the gate upon arrival. Camping is first come first serve.

Turn in Times will be given for Saturday, April 29th during the Cook Meeting on Friday, April 28th at the Buffalo Barn at 6:00 p.m.

Prep work may begin AFTER meat inspection on Friday.

Turn in will be inside the Buffalo Barn located inside the amphitheater.

Turn in times are as follows:

11:00 a.m. -Wings
12:00 p.m. -Chicken
1:30 p.m. -Ribs
3:00 p.m. -Pork Butt
4:30 p.m. -Brisket
