#19 Texas Tech took the first game of their road series vs #16 Oklahoma State, 5-1.
The game was tied 1-1, going into the seventh inning. Tech would take the lead for good with three runs in the top frame of the inning.
The former Lubbock High Westerner, Michael Davis, claimed an RBI with a single to right field, bringing in Zach Davis.
Trey Ochoa would bring in two runs a couple batters later with a looper to left field, scoring Davis and Tyler Floyd.
The star of the night might’ve been Texas Tech’s bullpen, or, in this case, Ryan Moseley.
The former Lubbock Cooper Pirate garnered the win by allowing just one hit in 4 2/3 innings.
The victory improves Tech to 9-1 in Big 12 play, as the Red Raiders have now won eight-straigh games in conference play(matching the longest winning streak in school history).
For the highlights of the game, tune in to KAMC & Red Raider Nation at 10pm.
Tech will take on OSU on Saturday at 3pm and Sunday at 1pm.
