The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is accepting public comments on the draft 2017 State Water Plan until 5:00 p.m. on April 25, 2016.
The TWDB Board accepted the draft plan at their March 3 meeting in Austin. The plan contains approximately 5,500 strategies that Texas communities have recommended to meet their water needs during the next 50 years.

A public hearing for the 2017 draft State Water Plan will be held April 18 at 6:00 p.m. in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin Office Building, 1700 N. Congress Avenue, in Austin.
