The intersection of 34th Street and Indiana Avenue will observe restrictions on the southbound, northbound and westbound lanes of traffic due to a water distribution pipeline failure. Restrictions will be in place until repairs are finished. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the construction if possible and to use extreme caution while driving in the construction zone.
