Lubbock Police on Monday afternoon released information about Robert Cecil Jennings, 81, who went missing from an assisted living center.  

UPDATE: At 1:38 p.m., LPD said on Twitter, “Mr. Jennings has been FOUND. Thank you for sharing the info so quickly. He is back at Brookdale Remington Park”

LPD released the following statement: 

Officers are actively searching for 81-year-old Robert Cecil Jennings, who is known to get confused and lost at times. He went missing from Brookdale Remington Park, an assisted living center located at 5301 66th Street.

He is believed to be driving his vehicle, a gold 2005 4-door Cadillac DeVille with the Texas license plate GFN-0712. Jennings is a white male with grey hair and brown eyes. He is 6-foot tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds and wears glasses. (Please see the attached photo)

Brookdale officials called police this morning around 9:30 a.m. to report Jennings was missing. Jennings was last spotted in the area of Carriage House Motel around 11 a.m. wearing a grey polo type shirt and khaki pants.
