A wheelchair-bound scientist enters the subconscious mind of a demonically possessed 11-year-old boy.
But the confrontation is more than he could ever expect, and he must confront the demons of his past to save both the boy… and himself. This PG-13, hour-and-a-half horror will keep your soul on its toes. See “Incarnate” at Tinseltown or Premiere.
For something a lot lighter, join the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra for Holiday Pops. It’s Saturday night only, and they perform some of your holiday favorites, including The Night Before Christmas and Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker. You’ll love the performance in the Broadway Church of Christ hall. This one-time-only event starts at 7:30, and you can get your $35 tickets through the LSO website.
And take the family to the 58th annual Carol of Lights, Friday night. Every Texas Tech tradition is wrapped up with more than 25,000 Christmas lights and the always impressive choir. It starts at 6:30, and of course, it’s free.
That’s a look at what’s happening in the Hub City with Joe Sherwood.
