An Abilene man has been arrested for his alleged actions against a child under the age of fourteen.
Court documents reveal Ruben Gonzales, 41, allegedly sexually assaulted a child over the course of six years ending in late January of 2012.
The child called 9-1-1 and reported what was going on.
A forensic test was conducted, but the results of that test have not been released to the media.
Gonzales is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, two counts of Indecency with a Child, and Violation of a Protective Order.
He is being held on bonds totaling $110,000.
