An Abilene woman’s privacy was violated at a local Big Country store this weekend when she claims someone took pictures of her in a dressing room.
According to an incident report, the improper photography happened at the Goodwill on the 1200 block of Pine Street Saturday Afternoon.
The reports claim a 29-year -old female was inside the dressing room when a photo was taken by an unknown subject.
According to the Texas Penal Code under section 21.15:
A person commits an offense if the person:
“Photographs or videotapes or other electronic means records, broadcasts, or transmits a visual image of another at a location that is a bathroom or private dressing room:
Without the other person’s consent.”
Abilene Police are still investigating the incident.
