Happy Monday everyone! It was a beautiful, sunny and warm day across the South Plains with highs reaching into the low 70’s. Hopefully you took advantage of this gorgeous day because our next cold front arrives tomorrow bringing another drastic drop in temperatures and ample rain chances. Our temperatures will drop into the mid-60’s on Tuesday and the mid to upper 40’s on Wednesday. In regards to the rain, chances will begin Tuesday evening and continue throughout the day on Wednesday. Thankfully, nothing severe is expected at this time but flooding will still be a potential risk. As the rain clears out on Thursday, sunshine will return and temperatures will move back to average in the upper 70’s by Friday!
