Monday night, Amarillo Police responded to a disorderly conduct call on the 300 block of North McMasters.
Officers found two people in front of the home. The 25-year-old male, was suffering from a single stab wound in his lower right side. He was conscious and able to stand and walk. A 22-year-old female was bleeding from an injury on the side of her head, but was also able to walk.
They told officers that they had “been in a fight” with two people inside a home on North McMasters.
During the altercation with the two Hispanic males, the female was choked and hit in the head. The male sustained the stab wound.
The injured pair left that residence and knocked on the door down the street for help, resulting in the disorderly conduct call.
The male told responding officers that the fight had been over the two suspects being told to move out of the house.
Officers found blood stains inside the living room at North McMasters. Both suspects, who are known to the victims, left before officers arrived and there have been no arrests.
The male and female were taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
No weapon was recovered.
