The 43rd Annual World Championship BBQ Goat Cook-Off took place in Brady over the weekend with 206 teams.
The teams came from as far as Oklahoma and New Mexico with about 7,500 people in attendance.
Erin Corbell with the Brady Chamber of Commerce said, “It’s always good to see so many people out here with their families. We really try to focus on a family-friendly event.”
“There’s a lot of tradition associated with this event as well,” Corbell said.
