Burkburnett police have arrested a man accused of looking in through a house window at a child in a bathroom.
Jason Robert Shaub, 41, has been charged with voyeurism of a victim under the age 14.
The detective working on the investigation says a family alerted the PD on August 12th that someone was watching their young daughter getting into the shower.
He says the child heard a noise outside the bathroom and saw shaub looking in the window. During an investigation detectives say shaub admitted to the act and was arrested yesterday.
The charge carries a possible state prison sentence of 6 months to two years.
