A Wichita Falls man and woman are facing four charges each for endangering a child after police say methamphetamine, marijuana and firearms were found in their home where four children under the age of 15 were living.
30-year-old Rocio Amanda Escobedo and 33-year-old Matthew Arthur Taylor are both in the Wichita County Jail on $100,000 bonds.
According to the arrest affidavit, on January 8th, police executed a search warrant at a home in the 2100 block of Taylor Street.
Then, after conducting interviews with two of the children, police say they discovered illegal drug sales were being conducted by Escobedo and Taylor from the residence.
Both described to authorities various people coming and going from the residence by the back door to purchase drugs.
They also described to police Taylor breaking marijuana into pieces, weighing it on a scale, and then packaging it.
The children told police they and the other children were in the home during transactions.
