Christ In The Arts is non-profit school of dramatic dance based in Lubbock Texas. Structured as a traditional ballet school, we train students of all ages and experience levels the skills and technique of ballet, and then expand to other forms and genres of expressive movement as appropriate. Choreography for our two local performances each year is original and dynamic, stretching the limits of our ability to communicate on stage.
Though we do not have actual drama classes, those kinds of skills are regularly incorporated into our training and rehearsals. This dance/drama combination has proven to be very effective in expressing the stories and values that are so integral to our purpose in existing.
